Our #1 priority is to make certain you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied, you can return it to us within 30 calendar days of receipt of item(s). 

Need to exchange your LIVERING™ for another size?

Don't worry, we have a hassle free and super fast exchange program. Email our support team (click HERE) and let us know your order number as well as any additional details on the fit of your ring. Our customer support team works Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. 

Did you break your LIVERING™? 

Our 100 year lifetime warranty has you covered. Contact our customer success team and let them know what happened. All you need to do is pay a small shipping and handling fee we will make sure a replacement is sent out to you ASAP! 

Damaged  / Missing Merchandise

Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Returns & Refund Policy 

All returned items:

-Must be in new and unused condition
-In original packaging
-Accompanied with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number

If you need to return your item, please see our contact page to speak with our customer service team. They will review your request, and if approved, they will contact you with further details and issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if your item(s) do not meet the criteria outlined above. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days of receiving your item.

*Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
